I & E Technicians
Base Pay: $42.15 - $55.65
Energy Transfer is seeking I & E Technicians for the Midland/Odessa and Surrounding Area. This position is responsible for overall I&E services for Energy Transfer assets. Following Safe work practices corporate policies and environmental guidelines are the upmost importance while preforming the required duties, This position is a key contributor insuring that the facilities are operating safely and with maximum reliability.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to produce understandable and accurate reports and records.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Is able to examine/analyze equipment for defects.
- Performs preventative and general maintenance on electronic and pneumatic equipment.
Mechanics
Base Pay: $39.00 - $55.65
Energy Transfer is seeking Mechanics for the Midland/Odessa and Surrounding Area. This position is responsible for maintaining, installing, repairing, testing, operating and troubleshooting specific elements of the pipeline facilities within an assigned area. Responsible for maintenance, installation repair, testing, overhaul and trouble shooting of various types of equipment such as pumps, controls, protective devices, valves and meters. Directs other specialist level technicians and provides direction/training to less experienced technicians.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer associate degree in mechanics/machining from an accredited college, university or vocational school.
- Experienced at investigating, analyzing and solving problems.
- Must be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations, and familiar with DOT codes, computers, various types of test equipment, etc.
- This position may be required to participate in all aspects of emergency response as directed.
- This position is "On-Call" and subject to call outs and will respond to emergencies as required.
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
Pipeline Technicians
Base Pay: $34.15 - $43.60
Energy Transfer is seeking Pipeline Technicians for the Midland/Odessa and Surrounding Area. This position must be a self-motivated individual with a high regard for integrity. Will be required to Operate and maintain compressors, One calls, pigging, line patrolling and work overtime. They will be required to be on call. Ensure LOTO procedures and all safety and O&M procedures. Have a good relationship with both internal and external customers. Promote a team environment.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations, and familiar with DOT codes, computers, various types of test equipment, etc.
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
Corrosion Technicians
Base Pay: $38.10 - $47.05
Energy Transfer is seeking Corrosion Technicians for the Midland/Odessa and Surrounding Area. This position will apply corrosion knowledge and skills to repair, install, troubleshoot, analyze, and perform other predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, facilities, systems and associated devices contained within gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Must maintain valid driver’s license in state of residency, proficiency with MS Office Suit products and ability to train other technicians and/or sign off on qualifications.
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 – 2 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent work experience.
- Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent work experience.
- Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent work experience.
Measurement Technicians
Base Pay: $40.70 - $55.65
Energy Transfer is seeking Measurement Technicians for the Midland/Odessa and Surrounding Area. This position is responsible for the operation of compressors, motors, cooling equipment, pumps, valves, pipelines and other related gas processing equipment. This position ensures the cost effective and efficient operation of gas processing and treating units and associated equipment within gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Must maintain valid driver’s license in state of residency. Knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API and GPA requirements and procedures.
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level C requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level C requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
Plant Operators
Base Pay: $39.35 - $47.00
Energy Transfer is seeking Plant Operators for the Midland/Odessa and Surrounding Area. The Plant Operator is responsible for maintaining overall operations of the facility while following corporate policies and insuring that safe work and environmental procedures are followed.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations, and familiar with DOT codes, computers, various types of test equipment, etc.
- Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Work well with others and also be able to perform work independently.
- Make decisions and corrections when problems are detected.
- Have knowledge of safety rules and practices and a very good safety record.
