I&E Technicians
Enterprise Products is seeking I&E Technicians for Midland, Jal, Carlsbad and Surrounding Areas. The I & E Technician modifies, repairs, or overhauls electronic and electrical equipment and controls. Applies knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. *This position includes a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, as well as other “location” incentives*
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Graduation from a technical trade school and/or completion of an apprenticeship, certification or associate degree program in instrumentation or related studies is preferred.
- Journeyman electrical designation is highly preferred.
- 5 or more years of electrical and instrumentation experience is recommended, preferably in an energy-related industry.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of electrical codes and is familiar with AC voltage (120-480) three-phase and single-phase plus 24 VDC.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to assume responsibility, prioritize and respond to multiple tasks under potentially stressful and/or hazardous conditions.
- Possess a strong commitment to personal and job safety.
- Must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity in the use of tools and equipment.
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, decision-making skills and strong work ethic.
- Must have the ability to read at a level to understand written safety procedures, work procedures, blueprints, P&IDs, work permits, and technical instruction manuals.
Measurement Technicians
Enterprise Products is seeking Measurement Technicians for Midland, Carlsbad and Surrounding Areas. The Mechanical Technician will perform mechanical functions and duties of inspecting, checking, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing all mechanical equipment in order to maintain high levels of safe and productive equipment performance.
This position includes:
- Retention Bonus
- Hourly Premium Adjustment Pay
- A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical environment or energy related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3+ year's mechanical experience is required.
- A minimum of 5+ year's gas-fired, engine-driven compressor experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills is required.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of reciprocating engines and associated components is required.
- Must have a current driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to read and understand, analyze and interpret documents, equipment repair manuals, reports and federal, state and local codes and regulations.
- Must live or relocate to within 1 hour response time of job assignment.
Gathering Technician
Enterprise Products is seeking Gathering Technicians for Midland, Carlsbad and Surrounding Areas.The Gathering Technician independently performs various duties associated with gathering systems, liquid lines, compressor sites, and related equipment.
This position includes:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical environment or energy related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years stable work history, preferably in the energy industry.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of mechanical equipment and dexterity in the use of tools and equipment.
- Able to read prints, drawings and technical manuals and prepare technical reports.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations and possess basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
- Good verbal/written communication skills, decision making skills and strong work ethic.
- Able to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful and/or hazardous conditions.
- Must be available to work overtime and work a rotating 12 hr schedule.

The Mechanical Technician will perform mechanical functions and duties of inspecting, checking, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing all mechanical equipment in order to maintain high levels of safe and productive equipment performance. *This position includes a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, as well as other “location” incentives*
- A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical environment or energy related field is preferred.

Plant Operators
Enterprise Products is seeking Mechanical Technicians for Midland, Jal, Carlsbad and surrounding areas. The Plant Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas amine treating plants, compressors and pipeline systems via both computer control center and onsite operations. *This position includes a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, as well as other “location” incentives*
- A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical environment or energy related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
- May be required to participate in the Respiratory Protection Program and wear respirator to perform tasks
- Must be available to work a 12 hour rotating shift schedule and/or respond to call-outs as necessary.
Pipeline Technician
Enterprise Products is seeking Pipeline Technicians for Midland. The Pipeline Technician maintains and operates crude oil pipelines, pump stations and all of the associated equipment such as pumps, motor operated valves, pressure switches, electric motors, transmitters, vibration switches, electronic controls and pressure regulators. The Pipeline Technician modifies, repairs, or overhauls electronic and electrical equipment and controls. Applies knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions, and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation.
This position includes:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- VoTech certificate or Associates degree or related work experience is preferred.
- Previous experience and knowledge of industry related maintenance and repair standards preferred.
- Journeyman electrical designation is highly preferred.
- The ability to read at a level to understand written safety procedures, work procedures, blue prints, P&IDs, work permits, and technical instruction manuals is required.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical codes and is familiarity with AC voltage (120-480) three phase and single phase plus 24 VDC is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience is required. Preferably in an energy related industry.
- Knowledge of the general design and operation of a crude oil pipeline.
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years stable work history, preferably in the energy industry.
- 2-4 years previous experience with the operation, maintenance, and/or construction of a crude oil pipeline facility and tank farm facilities preferred.
- Possess a strong commitment to personal and job safety.
- Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and dexterity in the use of tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of pumps, regulators, MOVs, electronic controls and medium electrical voltage is desired with an understanding of crude oil pipelines.
- Ability to read and interpret alignment sheets, schematics and P&IDs.
- Must live or relocate to within 1 hour response time of job assignment.
